Started by a nanny, built for families
Little Luna Placement began when a career nanny of fifteen years kept hearing the same thing from parents: finding trustworthy care felt like guesswork. We built a boutique agency to replace the guesswork with real conversations, thorough vetting, and matches that last.
Our mission
We exist to help families and moms in need — to place someone with them who isn't just a caregiver, but becomes part of the family. Someone trustworthy and warm, who invests in the little one's growth, protects their routines, and gives parents back the space to breathe, work, and simply enjoy their children again.
We intentionally keep our roster small. That means we know every nanny we represent by name, know what makes them wonderful, and can tell you honestly whether a match is right. We're also proudly bilingual-focused, matching caregivers who help little ones thrive in bilingual, multicultural households — because we believe a child's first years are the perfect time to grow up at home in two languages.
