Most families meet their first candidates within two weeks and complete a placement in three to five weeks. Highly specialized roles — newborn specialists, bilingual caregivers, or travel-heavy positions — can take a little longer.

Every nanny goes through our seven-point process: in-depth interview, verified work history, a minimum of two reference calls, national and county background checks, driving record review, current CPR and First Aid certification, and identity verification.

Yes. If a permanent placement doesn't work out within the first 90 days, we'll conduct a replacement search at no additional placement fee, subject to the terms in your agreement.

We provide offer-letter templates, fair-pay guidance for our area, and referrals to trusted household payroll providers so your nanny is paid legally and on time.

Absolutely. We keep a bench of caregivers available for parental leave, summer coverage, travel, and last-minute gaps between placements — vetted to the same standard as permanent hires.
